Einweihungsparty Desserts!

MMmmmm here's just a pre-view of some of the food pics from my Einweihungsparty last Sunday! I don't have all the pics on my camara, so will look around for some others. Here are some of the desserts out on a side-table, including a lemon-merengue pie, a scrumptuous coconut cream pie, John's killer Tiramisu, and my mom's great recipe for a frozen chocolate mousse cake, with raspberry sauce.... my serving suggestion for that one below, too.... I do love food pictures!
