A classic easy dessert....

Not more from the Einweihungsparty, but this is just a classic any-random-evening dessert that we have.... fresh cut fruit, and a bowl of chocolate sauce ( chocolate melted into some hot cream), and a second dipping bowl of half mascarpone/ half milk with a spoon of sugar whipped up until nearly whipped-cream consistency, and a flavorful dash of Amaretto liquor or just vanilla extract added at teh end...
simple but darn, 'simple' is sometimes most delicious!
